Emilia Sosa has been playing with fire since she discovered the art during her backpacking journey in Australia in 1999. Originally from New Orleans, she relocated to Seattle in 2005 after Hurricane Katrina and has been adopted by Spinergy Arts. Emilia is also a musician and performs with her band and the Spinergy Arts Troupe regularly. She uses poi, staff, fans and eating torches.
